Yoga or having a healthy life


Since I was in school, I remember how much I care about my healt, my body, and anything about.

For one side, pretense was something that even today forces me to do things to look nice, and feel nice. It was like a really obsession, at least, on the first place.

Some examples about this obsession is that I didn´t eat sugar in one year, I mean, anything at all. My family was really worry about, they thought I was becoming crazy, and they decided to talk to me and stuffs. Anyway, I really go on about this, some extreme practices that I had, I started to control, and eventually I looked like a normal person again -I´m just joking around.

Actually, all this part of my life is with me today. I think it always be part of my behavior, and that is because I like it, and I think that in my present, it´s useful and great on my life. Here it is where Yoga enters. By today, Yoga is something really amazing in many senses; It really feel nices practices Yoga; You can see results really quickly -physically and mental-.

Maybe some people things that be so conceited or healthy, it´s something stupid or strange, but, I don´t know, I´m not gonna make a self-judgment about this how I did it in the past, I really love have control about myself, my body, and I love all this kind of activities.

Well guys, I really recommend practices yoga, or any kind of physics activity, is really nice in anyway!
